Gardenia

Yeap, I went to Gardenia factory today. In fact, this is the second time I have been there. It really isn't that bad. That's why I'm going there again.

This is the welcome board saying 'welcome'. Duh..takkan welcome board says 'thanks for visiting' :P i know i know, it's a lame joke.

Anyway, here's the process of making a loaf of bread.
It's just a brief explaination.

Firstly, this is mixer 1 and it mixes all the raw ingredients into a HUGE dough.

This is mixer 2 and i guess it mixes it thoroughly. The huge dough coming out.

C=divider
D=rounder
E=checkweigher
Basically, it divides the huge dough and then it makes it into round small doughs. After that, it checks the weight.

F=intermediate proofer
I=auto lidder
It puts the several small doughs into a rectangular box. Then, it goes to H(picture below). It comes out from H and move to I where the box is coverred with a lid.

I forgot what H is.

J=oven
With the lid, it heats in the oven for quite some time.

K=depanner
It comes out from the oven and the lid is removed.

L=cooler
It moves up(outside layer) and it moves down again(the inside layer)-you might not see it from this picture. This whole journey takes 1 hour.

The right lane is going to the cooler and the left lane is out.

Then, M is where it slices the bread into pieces and N is the machine where it puts the expiry date. Now, it's ready to be transported to outlets.

At the end of the day, each one of use got a packet. yipee!! i love 'breakthru'.

And finally believe it or not, it takes up to 8 hours to produce a loaf of bread. So, next time do not waste bread okay.

celebrating 2 gurls b'day

yipee!! today is the last day of trials and 2 papers for the day and they should not do that since it's a special day for someone
ehem...which is *me*, hehe
and both are business studies papers -.-

Anyway, I went to Times Square with my friends after the exams. We went in 2 groups and my group were supposed to meet up with the other group there. We couldn't find the place where they were and called them several times until we found them. A few got msising halfway and we had to go look for them. The whole thing was like a 'one found and one missing' game.

after that game where everyone has gathered,
we decided to have our lunch in gasoline


everyone took their order and eat happily away because it's already around 3 when we eat

After that, gathered around the cinema ticket booth undecided whether to watch movie,
in the meanwhile blocking people who wants to buy tickets.Ssome even thought we were queueing and actually queue behind us. of course, we did move to the side a little. and actually discuss where to go after that for 45 minutes!!

and we decided to go.....to the arcade!!
